First impressions -- Loved the oysters, ribs, lobster and (of course) the drinks! ;-) The bartender is fun as well -

much fun visiting each year, it's the only place (besides the shed) where all ages come together and have a great time.

"Hi there! My sister is flying out from California, and I have decided to take her to Cape for 3 days. I viewed Chronicle
(TV program)one evening and saw The Beachcomber Restaurant & Bar featured. We are already booked to stay in
Wellfleet. Looks like a great place! Plan on taking my sis to dine and enjoy a Raggae night in August at The Beachcomber.

"The Beachcomber has been one of my first destinations upon arriving at CC for my annual summer vacation for a great
number of years. The Beachcomber is the very BEST place to spend a Sunday afternoon with fantastic food, great drinks,
phenomenal atmosphere and the Incredible Casuals! I have even taken day trips just to come and enjoy a day at The
Beachcomber. I CAN'T WAIT to be there again! Will see you on 7/25!"

"We love the Beachcomber and have become summer regulars the last 5 years. Our group of friends and "followers" have
grown a LOT and result in at least 2-3 different weekend trips/days at the beach during the summer (more for my wife and I)
and then we end up of course at the bar/restaurant. The staff have always been so tremendous, friendly and just great at what
they do, everything the experience should be! The Beach Cam will keep us going through this crazy winter so far!"

"We have been going to the Cape to vacation for almost 20 years, and each year we return to Wellfleet and Cahoon Hollow
Beach. The Beachcomber is my favorite place in the world to be on a beautiful summer day. My kids are also big fans and
as they begin to head off to college, they always come back for a visit. The sun, the sand, a good book, and the food....paradise!"

"Hi, my family and I vacationed in Orleans last week. We spent Thursday at Marconi Beach and then ventured over to The
Beachcomber.What great food and atmosphere! My niece and I bought tee shirts after dinner. On Friday, we stopped at The
Beachcomber Store on Rt.6 on our way back from Marconi Beach.Flip flops and another tee shirt were bought. Smart idea to
have your store on Rt.6!My family and I plan on visiting your restaurant again next summer.We absolutely loved it!!!!! Enjoy the

"I frequented Cahoon Hollow Beach as a college student in the mid 70's before the Comber was open. The Beachcomber has
been part of my Cape summers since opening in 78. My work computer opens to your homepage on a daily basis-the countdown
to opening day is shared by all. Without a doubt You are the Best!!!!!!!!!!"

"My husband and I spend just about every summer weekend with my parents who live in Brewster. We spend most days on
Nauset Beach and try to get to the comber at least a few times every summer. We have never had a bad time at the comber, it's
impossible! The employees are great, the bands rock, and the food and drink are the best. We look forward to it every summer.

"We spend 2 weeks in Chatham each year - and one absolute on our list is dinner at the Beachcomber. It has become a tradition.
Love the location and love the food...Our 7-year-old son had his first fried clams at the Beachcomber! We come up the weekend
before Christmas, and always swing by the Beachcomber - just to see that it is still standing! Have a great Thanksgiving."

"Just returned to Vegas after a week in Wellfleet, of course spent all day at the beach and relaxed at the Beachcomber bar with a
cocktail and the greatest seafood ever. We have been coming to Wellfleet for over 10 years and always enjoy the time at the Comber.
It is always great to see some of the friendly staff that have been loyal employees for years...being in the business myself that is a
testament to the kind of place the Comber is. It always feels like home, we meet the greatest people from all over the country there.

"I have been coming down to the 'Coma since 1987. I know, I know, I'm a latecomer, but have always enjoyed the
thought of getting a Goombay or mudslide after a long trek up the dune. I cannot think of a better way to spend a
weekend than to be at the 'Coma after sunning at cahoon hollow or a round of golf @ Truro Highlands. The
atmosphere and the music is by far the coolest on the East Coast and maybe anywhere! "

"We had a blast in Wellfleet this summer and hit the "Comba" 6-7 times while there. As usual, a great time was had
by all and we introduced friends to the place that they have never been. Needless to say they plan on coming back.
Outstanding atmosphere, food, waiters & waitresses, bartenders & parking kids. Best season yet and the weather
cooperated just fine!"

"............... I used to live in Hyannis. My in-laws live in Orleans.
We try to make it down to the "Comah" every summer. My favorite memory is of one summer
afternoon, my husband and I sat outside, having a cocktail, listening to a live reggae band while
watching dolphins off in the distance. It was one of those truly sublime moments."

"I was at the Beachcomber yesterday and loving every minute of it. (made for a long trip home
but well worth it!) By the by...you guys make the best Mudslides. Someone in our group got an
extra shot of Kaluha on the bottom of the glass before the actual mix got poured into the glass...
made it that much better! Good call. I love the layed back and relaxed atmosphere at the Beachcomber.

Seriously, guys, we come to the cape 3 or 4 times every year and visit s.wellfleet regularly
to walk the gallerys and buy oysters but somehow have not been to the "other side" of
wellfleet. incredible,no? well there's nothing I like better than some beers and a raw bar
on the beach..we'll see ya'll in june for sure!"
